* Clients may submit a signed cash withdrawal instruction to our company or by fax to (852) 2153 1808. We will deposit the requested amount into the bank account designated by the client with cheque. The holder of the bank account must be the client. Requesting a deposit to a third party’s bank account will not be accepted. We will confirm all clients’ cash deposit / withdrawal / transfer by telephone or fax. There will be no interest for the balance in the account.

Can I withdraw money directly to a domestic bank account in mainland China?
Due to the control by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange in China, many banks will reject money transfer from places outside China. We suggest our clients to open a bank account in Hong Kong under their own names with proper online banking capability; and our clients can first withdraw money to the Hong Kong bank account, then transfer the money to the bank account in China via online banking.

Can I withdraw / deposit money from / to someone else's bank account?
Clients can only withdraw / deposit money from / to their own bank accounts.

Can a friend or a third party make a deposit or collect money?
According to the guidelines of the Securities and Futures Commission: to prevent money laundering and terrorist fundraising activities, we absolutely refuse to make deposits or withdrawals from third parties.

Can I deposit money from outside Hong Kong?
Clients may deposit money by wire transfer from their own bank accounts.
